Rival mastery skins often lead to duplication, as players may receive identical skins from multiple opponents. To mitigate this, unique loot tables can be created for each player, ensuring they only receive skins they don’t already possess.
Uneven Distribution
Mastery skins can distribute unevenly, with some players accruing multiple while others have none. To address this, consider limiting the number of skins a player can earn per rival or implementing a point system where players accumulate points for defeating rivals and can redeem them for skins.
Cosmetic Fatigue
Players may feel overwhelmed or disinterested when they accumulate excessive mastery skins. To combat this, rotate available rival mastery skins on a regular basis or introduce a skin crafting system where players can combine unwanted skins to create new ones.
