I’ve always been a fan of the Halo franchise, but I’ve always found it a bit frustrating to have to keep my weapon raised all the time. It’s especially annoying when I’m trying to look around or aim down sights. But I recently discovered that there’s a way to lower your weapon on PC, and it’s a game-changer!
Everyday Use
To lower your weapon in Halo MCC on PC, simply press and hold the ‘R’ key. This will lower your weapon and allow you to move around more freely. You can also press and hold the ‘E’ key to enter a sprint, which will automatically raise your weapon again.
Practical Application
Lowering your weapon can be useful in a variety of situations. For example, you can use it to quickly check your surroundings without having to worry about accidentally firing your weapon. You can also use it to aim down sights more accurately, as you won’t have to worry about your weapon bouncing around while you’re trying to line up your shot.
