Resident Evil Revelations 2’s best loadout depends on the player’s preferences and the specific mission they’re undertaking. For general use, a combination of the submachine gun MQ 11 and the shotgun Jackal is a solid choice, offering a good balance of range, accuracy, and power.
Value Proposition: Claire & Moira Campaign
For Claire and Moira’s campaign, the Assault Rifle DA-52 or the L. Hawk Magnum provide increased firepower. Claire’s unique submachine gun, the Samurai Edge, is also a strong option, although its limited ammo capacity may prove challenging in longer engagements. Moira’s Flamethrower is particularly effective against groups of enemies or when attempting to clear corridors.
Value Proposition: Barry & Natalia Campaign
In Barry and Natalia’s campaign, stealth is often more advantageous. Natalia’s silenced crossbow is exceptionally quiet, allowing for stealthy takedowns. Barry’s magnum, the Covert, offers high damage but should be used sparingly due to its limited ammo supply. For crowd control, Barry’s minigun, the M202, is unmatched. However, its recoil and slow rate of fire make it less effective in close-quarters situations.
